Tashrifa Silayi

Tashrifa is a purpose-driven advocate and Senior Manager of Advocacy and Policy at BRAC International. She is deeply committed to equity, justice and opportunity; particularly for adolescent girls, young women and marginalised communities across Africa.

In addition to her role at BRAC International, Tashrifa serves as Co-Chair of the Coalition for Adolescent Girls (CAG), where she helps guide strategic direction, build collaboration and amplify collective action to influence policies and investments that center adolescent girls.

A connector, facilitator and storyteller, her work bridges grassroots realities with systems-level change. She brings a values-driven approach rooted in integrity, intergenerational equity and radical hope, consistently working to uplift the voices of those most often left out of decision-making spaces.
